IN-HOME SUPPORTIVE SERVICES FOR LOW-INCOME SENIORS! Lancaster In-Home Supportive Services Office 335C East Avenue K-6 Lancaster, CA 93535 Telephone: (661) 723-4647Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. The In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS) Program helps pay for services provided to eligible disabled and elderly persons so they can remain safely in their own homes. IHSS provides assistance in the following areas: • Non-medical personal care services and assistance.• Household chores including house cleaning, changing bed linens, laundry, meal preparation/clean-up, shopping and errands.• Accompaniment to medical appointments.• Paramedical services with the physician's authorization.The highly trained staff of social workers and clerical staff of the Lancaster IHSS office strive to provide courteous customer care and service to the residents of the Antelope Valley.
